After sorting out the landscaping, well the design of it ... then it was a question of what to do next...

1:   Build a Fence to keep Orian away from the front door
2:   Paint the inside of the house - Brought paint, just need to do the painting
3:   Install Grid Connected Solar - COMPLETED
4:   New Shower in the main bathroom - COMPLETED
5:   New rangehood in the kitchen - Brought the rangehood, just need ducting and to install
6:   New curtains for the lounge - COMPLETED
7:   Restain the decking timber - Brought the stain, just need to do the staining
